Product Description of DHMA-98A-5
DHMA-98A-5 is a high-performance hotmelt TPU material from Dingzhi
Polymer. With a Shore hardness of 98A, it provides outstanding
rigidity and mechanical strength, ensuring excellent shape
retention and durability in various applications. It has a 100%
modulus of 8 mpa and a 300% modulus of 12 mpa, endowing it with
remarkable tensile resistance and deformation recovery ability. The
ring and ball softening point of 87°C allows for easy melting and
processing, while maintaining stability during normal use.
This material boasts a tear strength of 153 N/mm and a tensile
strength of 27 Mpa, demonstrating excellent resistance to cracking
and pulling forces. With a breaking elongation of 760%, DHMA-98A-5
offers good flexibility, enabling it to withstand significant
stretching without breaking. It also features excellent initial
strength, good solvent solubility, fast crystallization, and
low-temperature lamination capabilities, making it suitable for a
wide range of manufacturing processes.
Applications of DHMA-98A-5
Textile and Apparel Industry: Widely used for fabric lamination,
such as bonding different fabric layers to create waterproof,
breathable, or warm composite materials for outdoor clothing,
sportswear, and protective gear. It can also be applied in the
